This modern timber frame cabin sets it aside from most rectangular homes on todays market due to its sculptural curved timber clad roof, which gives the structure its unique character.
The charred timber cladded exterior walls are repeated onto the roof finish following the contours of the curved form. The curve is therefore mirrored on the interior ceiling giving a very interesting feature as well as plenty of height to the interior allowing a very spacious feel.
This tiny home has a standard dimension of 12m x 5m but has the option to be larger for a second bedroom or office space. The standard Heath supports a spacious lounge, open plan kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom complete with plenty of storage space. Depending on your budget, we also have the layout option to have 2 or 3 separate independent Heaths which can also be joined together to form a much larger living space if required. Multiple Heaths can also allow many options for alternative uses for the interior spaces including a garage, gym, sauna, office or studio or whatever suits your needs.
This design is suited for a residential family home, a weekend getaway as well as guest houses for the hotel industry with multiple Heaths arranged to work as a group or independently.
